Step 1: Connect with Mobility
If you are new to St Marys Mobility, we would love to hear from you! Community members looking for more information about our service, eligibility, fees or how to register are encouraged to call the Mobility Office at 519-284-4010.

Step 2: Register for Service
If this is your first ride with St Marys Mobility, you will need to register for service by calling Community Support Services Central Intake at 1-844-482-7800.
Registration is done over the telephone, and will take approximately 15 minutes. Please have your healthcard number ready.

Step 3: Book a Ride
Booking a ride has never been easier. Once you are registered for service, you can book a ride by calling EasyRide, at 1-877-500-9875.
Booking hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. All rides must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to book a ride.
