Step 1: Connect with Mobility

If you are new to St Marys Mobility, we would love to hear from you! Community members looking for more information about our service, eligibility, fees or how to register are encouraged to call the Mobility Office at 519-284-4010.

Step 2: Register for Service

If this is your first ride with St Marys Mobility, you will need to register for service by calling Community Support Services Central Intake at 1-844-482-7800.

Registration is done over the telephone, and will take approximately 15 minutes. Please have your healthcard number ready. Should you require alternative methods of communication, please inform the office as alternative channels are available. There is no cost to register.

Step 3: Book a Ride

Booking a ride has never been easier. Once you are registered for service, you can book a ride by calling EasyRide, at 1-877-500-9875.

All trip bookings must be made during regular EasyRide business hours; Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to book an out-of-town ride, though more advanced notice is appreciated.

Same day requests are accepted and there is no limit to how many trips you book in one day, each request will be recognized and accommodated based on vehicle and driver capacity. Booking requests can be taken through various channels of communication that best suits your needs.
